What we eat affects our physical and mental health, as well as our energy levels, sleep and mood. If we want to feel well, we need to eat well!

Join us for six weeks and learn how to make healthier food choices.

Discover the Eat Well Plate and understand why a balanced diet is essential for your health.

📅 Join us on Zoom – Monday 24th at 8pm

After the Zoom session, you will be added to a Telegram group, where you’ll receive tips on maintaining a healthy diet.

The goal of this project is to support families in Bridgwater in making positive changes toward a balanced diet.

On Sunday 06 April, we will celebrate the success of this project with a 5k community fun-run and healthy eating event.
