The course consists of 6 online modules, where you get a deeper understanding of what is best to eat to be healthy and well. You get access to one module every week and you can watch it at any time.

In this module, you learn about ultra-processed food and why we should replace ultra-processed food with natural foods. You also learn about salicylic acid and amines and why excessive intake can make us sick and why many diets do not work.
